Our return policy is pretty simple.
1). If you have an packaging issue with our product and how it arrived, we will do everything we can to resolve this issue. If we have determined that we are at fault for this issue we will ship you another product. If we determine that the issue happened during shipping, we will need to place a claim with our shipping carrier before any decisions can be made. Any refund from the carrier will be credited to you in the form of reshipping your product after our carrier has credited Wisconsin Fresh.
2). You will be responsible for showing how your product arrived to the address that your order shows. This includes multiple picture of the boxing and product itself and the damage incurred. You will be responsible for emailing these picture to us at email@example.com
3). We will not give refunds or accept exchanges for our product under any conditions as it is a food procduct.
